New Website Launch – Starboard Society

 

Pink Dog Digital is pleased to announce the launch of a new website for Starboard Society! This nonprofit organization does a lot of great work to help working families in Maryland. We were really excited to help this wonderful organization continue its work and reach more families with a fully optimized new website.

Site Design

The home page for Starboard Society opens with a short statement of purpose, “We renew Maryland families with the tools to thrive”. For nonprofits like this one, websites need to call attention to two important pages – the page where they ask for donations, and the page where families can ask the organization for support. These pages are highlighted in the navigation bar that persists throughout the website, as well as the CTA buttons that appear periodically on the pages.

Another important component of the website is the on-page SEO. Optimizing for search engines drives organic traffic to the website, which is critical for nonprofits like Starboard Society to reach potential donors and aid recipients.
