New Website Launch: Electronics Value Recovery
Pink Dog Digital is pleased to announce the creation of a new website design for Electronics Value Recovery! EVR offers assistance to businesses throughout the Baltimore region to help them securely dispose of old electronics and IT assets. They offer both short-term and long-term solutions for organizations through their comprehensive array of recycling and disposal services. We’re really thrilled with the way this website turned out. It is clean, crisp, and caters to the needs of the company and their clients.
Site Design
One of our goals for this project was to refresh the website design and update it using our knowledge of current best practice. The old website was several years old and while it didn’t look too dated, it was definitely in need of some TLC.
Electronics Value Recovery’s logo uses different shades of green, which makes sense for an electronics recycling firm. So we decided to use this branding as much as we could in the new website design. We ran the above-fold graphic on the home page through a filter and made it completely green – and we also used this filter for graphics below the fold too. The font used is reminiscent of old-style fonts on older computers, yet it doesn’t feel dated.
The site structure has been designed with user experience in mind. The navigation is easy to use, allowing clients to find the information they’re looking for quickly.

As we like to say, you can have the best-looking website in the world and it wouldn’t matter if your target audience can’t find it.
